PARENTS
If you are a parent, with children under the age of 18, are you happy for the courts to decide who will take care of your children until they
are 18? Are you happy for them to go to foster parents, or separate
homes? Are you happy for your assets to be invested for the children to receive at age
18, with the courts, solicitors or banks making the decisions, and charging you for the privilege?
If not, a Will gives you the flexibilty to decide who you would want to appoint as Guardians for your children. You can appoint Trustees to manage your assests for the benefit of the children.
